Please attach or share your zipped "C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log" file.
Also please try this Microsoft FixIt solution, reboot
Your CD or DVD drive can't read or write media
If the FixIt can't find/fix problems please attach/upload a zipped Autoruns arn file (no installation required).
Additionally, please download this tool: http://www.bustrace.com/downloads/devfilter.exe
Run it, highlight your optical drive on the left, then highlight upper/lower filters on the right.
Which filters are installed on your system ?

-------------------------------------------------- -
Upper Filter Drivers: No Upper Filter Drivers Specified for this device.
Device Object: HL-DT-ST DVD-RAM GH40L ATA Device
Lower Filter Drivers: No Lower Filter Drivers for this device Specified
thank you very much to respond

I'm a little bit confused that the autoruns file shows the GEARAspiWDM CD/DVD filter,
but it's not listed in the Filter Driver Load Order tool.
Do you have GEARAspiWDM (or the like) in the Add or Remove programs list ? If so, uninstall and try to add a device in DT.
If not, please uninstall DT&SPTD, reboot and use this installer: Driver updates - GEAR Software
Reboot and then right away uninstall the GEAR driver, reboot, reinstall DT&SPTD.
If that doesn't help please try this Microsoft FixIt solution, reboot

Maybe it's also worth a try to temporarily disable all non-Microsoft services to narrow down a possible conflict.

Also temporarily uninstall Virtual CloneDrive and WinCD Emu.
