How to disable autorun/autoplay?

Iam using daemon tool lite i use file .bat to mount an image

DTLite.exe -set_count 1
DTLite.exe -mount 0,"F:\image.mdx"

I need to disable autorun/autoplay of the image but i cant edit it to remove autorun.inf as the image is protected help me with command {dont tell me press shift on mounting or disable autorun
from windows}.

Try to disable Autoplay for that specific virtual drive.
