How to remove sptd.sys from system

Can you please let me know how to remove sptd.sys from my system. I am not using any thing that needs this driver (like daemon tools, alcohol etc).

I cannot delete this file as it is being reported as used.

I would be highly grateful if you answer my question.

Download the SPTD standalone installer from Duplex Secure.
Execute and choose to uninstall.
