How to set Vendor and Model values containing for example: hyphen

Hi to All,

When I try to set the device parameters the input textboxes does not accept prof example hyphen or other spec character. Also the the Vendor input field is restricted <= 8 character.

However the most real devices use hyphen in its model name...

Is there any way to set device parameter for example using hyphen?

Except downgrading to DAEMON Tools Lite 4.35.6, unfortunately not.
I have no answer yet by the devs whether this limitation will be removed in the future.

Any particular reason to use values of a real drive ?
