Is there any way to increase the virtual drive's space in Daemon Tools Lite?

DT doesn't have a virtual recorder, therefore you can't write something on the virtual drive.
If you want to modify the image (adding/deleting files), use Image Editor in DT Pro. Note this will break the ability to play the game with the image.
