    Default Storing the settings

    Operating System: Windows XP
    Burning Software: -
    Anti-virus Software: -
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.47

    Hi folks

We use daemon tools in our company (registred version). Because we have to change the default drive letter of the virtual drive, we need to know where these settings are stored. Does anyone know the registry keys or the files with the settings???

    Thanks

Why do you not change it via tray icon?

Actual letter is stored in mount manager database under

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices

Default Reason for the registry key

The reason why I asked this question is because I do a silent installation with the complete customizing task with no user interaction (eg installation in the night).

It seems to be a little bit difficult to change the virtual drive letters in the registry. Are there any other possibilities to do this job from the command line? :?:

I suggest you then try some 3rd party scripting tools from download section.
