Windows cant access the disc !!!!

guys i dont know if this is the right place to post this but if not please do let me know.

so i downloaded the daemon tools and mounted some images ISO. files but nothing happens i have been searching for a while about a week and i havent found the answer, problem is it says windows cant access the disc so i read read read and some said it might be the cd rom on my computer i checked it and it read cds and dvds but i cant do anything with daemon tools

please do help me !!!

Please describe your problem more detailed. Post some screenshots.
Is your problem reproducible with all images or with exact one?
