HOW DO I MAKE MY USB BOOTABLE?

Have a look in your bios.

If you don't know what is the bios, google'll be your friend.

i first tried my pcs my self by google too
but when i had been tired then i used the forum
i have
DGGC1101 bios award
actually i need it to upgade my bios

If your upgraded bios doesn't offer usb boot support, you won't be able to boot from usb... so this completly depends from your mobo maker.

dude I've tried messing with that so much, but I can never get it to work right. It's worked with linux. I've been able to boot, but I always run into problems. I'm forever trying to get my USB harddrive to boot a copy of windows, but I can't get it to work.

after a long search i got it
first of all u have to see that ur MB supports the usb boot
then simple is to download the HP soft for formating and converting it ur usb to FAT system.windows can do the job but it does not support DOS start up disk files.so download this software form here

Size: 2.0 MB (2,071,896 bytes)
then download these files of floppy boot config from here
http://radified.com/Files/bootdisk.zip
extract them to a folder then give path to ur hp usb soft and then the job is done

format ur usb with the dos disk start up option marked
