Ich bekomme DTLite nicht installiert.

Hallo zusammen,

Ich bekomme DTLite 4.45.1 nicht installiert. Download war bei Chip.
Beim Ausführen bekomme ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Runtime error!

Wo dies das Problem ist und wie kann ich dieses Problem beheben?
