In order to use SmartShopper for shopping or travel comparison you can launch your Internet Explorer browser and there in IE "Command bar" you should click ">>" symbol on the right of the "Tools" word.

There you will see two menu items:
Shopper Reports - Compare product prices
Shopper Reports - Compare travel rates

then in your Internet Explorer browser in the left part of the window you will see product prices or travel rates comparison tools.
