problem with stopping SCSI/RAID host controller

i use antivirus: avg free
burning things: preferbly nero
and windows XP sp2
and i use things like spysweeper
only on this pc it doent work but on my other pc it does work

it says" The device 'SCSI/RAID host Controller' cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device later.
then it says:unable to add adapter.device problem 12
then i must restart my pc cause windows has installed something and that every time and then i get allot of spam with when u......
if u now some solutions pm me if it is possible
or just set it here

Same problem here, and I believe I saw somebody else earlier on the forums with the same problem. Haven't seen any solutions so far.
