  • Directory handle is kept open

When I try to mount an ISO that is corrupted, D-tools errors out, which is good. But it keeps the handle to the directory open, so that I can't delete the directory where the erronous ISO is located, as long as daemon.exe is running.

This happened to me with D-tools 4.0.3 x64, on Windows XP x64. Burning software: Nero 7.0.8.2, no Easy CD creator (never had).

You can use Unlocker to unlock the folder, then you can delete it:

Well thanks from me for this suggestion. I had a major issue with deleting a locked folder that even a reboot would not cure, (nothing to do with D-tools). i will keep hold of this for the next time it happens to my system.
