  • Sonic R

I tried to install Sonic R on my laptop and it does not work, it does not work because it is not compatible with all
CD/DVD - R/RW drives. But it works on my pc, so i created an image using Alcohol 120% and copied it over to my laptop using my memory stick and mounted it on my laptop.
THE GAME RAN! But, no CD-DA music played and all the menu options apart from "Options" were locked off with a red Cross.
What protection does the Xplosive re-releace of SonicR use?

Try A-Ray scanner to find out the copy protection that's used on the game.

Hmm... Which settings did you use to create the image?

          Used default "Non-Protected" Settings.
          Alcohol 120%
          AND
          Nero 7
