Do you have AnyDVD installed ? When yes disable it. Do you have a Proper Image file ? Make a new image with Alcohol and SecuROM 4/5 *NEW* Profile, at DPM choose High Precision with low speed. Then try again.

First you need a good image. To get a good image you need to create one using Alcohol 120% (www.alcohol-software.com). Put the original dvd in your drive.
Start the image making wizard of Alcohol and enable the DPM option with high precision and a low speed (i think ss2 is on a dvd, if not use the securom 4/5 profile like Mystique wrote it) and choose the mds file format.
When you got your image mount it using DT 4.
Now use the Securom Loader or Pr0tSt0p (Sr7Stop) or CureROM for antiblacklisting.
If you have AnyDVD installed disable it. If you have CloneCD installed then uninstall it.
