Help: problem with using images on laptop

Hello all I am really confused as to why this isn't working but here goes.

I recently got Command & Conquer: The First Decade, and I don't care much for using cd's and I have a working image of the dvd but it doesn't work on my laptop but will work on my desktop computer. I can't figure out why. If some one might know of some fixes please let me have a link.

Yes I am using the recommended emulation options: SafeDisc but it doesn't seem to be helping I keep getting errors from different games that require it. Asking for the the cd or dvd. Don't know why it ask for a cd though cause its a dvd. but ya

Use antiblacklisting tool like CureRom or Safedisc 4 Hider and then run the game, it should work.

BTW you don't need Safedisc emulation, emulation options are only for burned discs.
