Interesting problem. The crash seems inside kernel itself.
You seem also to use NeroIn CD ( BsUDF.sys) ?
BTW what is CDAC15BA.SYS file from?

Thats CDilla from installing the mechpacks for Mechwarrior4, but it worked fine on Win2k, I will try to get rid of Nero Incd if thats what is needed.

I rather think it is Cdilla driver problem. It may be incompatible with XP.
        But check InCD as well.

Thing with Cdilla, it is almost impossible to rid yourself of without a reformat
Alright I can install it if I kill that process through windows, but when I reboot It will BSOD on me because of that service thing, is there a way to kill it from even starting? Its not in the run folder in regedit...

Just rename its file and reboot.;-)
Or you can kill it compltely by removing entry in HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services and rebooting.

Wow, someone else who knows of the handy little program from Mike Lin.

Been using that and startup control Panel for years now.

I also post info, and mini reviews of them and other freebies at techno Babble forums.
