    This is so easy, the result will always be a multiple of 9. Just check the symbols, all multiples of 9 have the same symbol (exept 90 and 99, cause the result can never be that high).

    No magic involved, just pure math

                Aye, this is always true...

                lil and fast proof :

                a and b are your digits, 0<=a<10 and 0<=b<10

                10*a+b-(a+b)=9*a...

                Nuttin' ta add

                Note : This is true whatever are your two numbers taken in Z (for those who don't know what is Z, it's the integer (positive and negative) number group)

                  Nope, not impossible. It was definitely wrong on several occasions. My math was correct, it's math was off the mark.
