  • Playing a DVD

My friend made his own movie and he gave me the DVD so I could make an ISO of it and use DAEMON TOOLS to play it. So I mount it and in the options I set the "DVD Region" to 1 and it started to play in Window Media Player but I couldnt see anything and but I could hear the audio but it was choppy. Then is craches(WMP). What do I have to do to DEAMON TOOLS to get it to work.

It is not a Daemon Tools problem, use another software like PowerDVD and not WMP.

Install a codec pack and it should work.

I 99% sure I have alot of codecs and other DVDs work. (When I use the DVD) But its not working now. But I also used this to play SimCity so this DVD thing should work but it isnt. Got any other suggestions?

Well , I think "a lot of codecs" is your problem.
Sometimes having a lot of codecs (especially codec packs ) causes conflicts.
Burn the DVD and only if it plays OK from DVD-ROM drive blame DT.
