IRQ conflict (?) ("Invalid drive")

I can't get Daemon tools (4.06) to work, when I install them and try to use 'em I just get an error message "Invalid drive". When I check the SCSI controller installed by daemon tools it has the yellow exclamation mark and has the error that theres not enough system resources for it (code 12) (or something). When I look at the IRQ settings theres an error that the IRQ address 00 is used by the system timer. I can't change the system timer IRQ NOR the SCSI driver IRQ address.

Any ideas?
