When I try to upgrade (or just install) DT 4.06 or 4.03 I cant start up normaly again. Windows just keeps stuck at the loading screen. But the blue bars are still moving from left to right. But it wont go further.
I had to go to safe mode to remove 4.06 and reinstall 3.47 again. Because 3.47 works
My pc:
Dell
Windows xp (home) service pack 2
geforce 5200 fx
pentium, 3 Ghz
1 Dvd reader + cd writer
And I am using anti-Blaxx 1.17 for some games
