Norton AntiVirus Stops Install

when i Click ok for the SPTD setup to Update the SCSIpass through direct layer
It get this
" SYSTEM FILE WRITE ERROR"
This also happends on Alcohol 120%
What is this? and is there a way around it :(

I just found out for the People whom Cannot upgrade one Way or another.
I disabled Norton Antivirus's Auto protect
and Sure Enuf the Install workd:D
