When i put a cd or dvd =>problem

When i put a cd or dvd =>problem with windows. when i take it out i must wait a couple of seconds before ok

No more cd or dvd can work on my pc

I really think its DT fault

What can i do ?
-uninstal my dvd player didn't change anything
-uninstal DT didn't solve the problem
