    ... I really have no idea what I'm doing.

    I have an ISO that I managed to convert from a .dmg file, and I managed to mount the image to a drive on my computer but when I try to open the drive I get the message - "Windows cannot read from this disk. The disk might be corrupted or it could be using a format that is not compatible with Windows." I've never worked with Daemon tools before so I'm completely in the dark. Any help would be much appreciated.

    DMG is an Apple format. It's likely that the image isn't compatible with Windows.
