  • Why is my windows explorer not responding?

After I start up Daemon Tools on Windows Vista Home Premium, I go to a virtual drive, click "mount Image", and the windows explorer window pops up. When I try to go to the image I'm trying to install the Explorer freezes up, and I have to close Daemon tools. What's the deal? I'm using version Daemon Tools v4.08 X86 32 Bits (with SPTD 1.39) Is there a way to mount an image without using the taskbar button menu?
    Thanks

    Same here....

Except I have Vista Ultimate 64bit (german version) and daemon-tools 4.08 x64 including sptd 1.39 installed.

Hopefully there is a fix/workaround for this issue...

You could try SPTD 1.40 or SPTD 1.42 beta (forum.duplexsecure.com)

Installed SPTD 1.42 but still the "Select image file"-window freezes...
I can't even click it once... it freezes as soon as it shows
