  • Command & Conquer; "Conflict with Emulation Software"

    Anyone know what this error is all about? I have C&C3 set to SecuRom, and it says "Conflict with emulation software detected"

    Use YASU to avoid this message.

      What if YASU doesn't work?

          See this thread over in the CureROM support forum on this board - it may help you with this problem.

            Now I get a NEW error after downloading and installing YASU;

            "Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000)"

            Sounds fun...

            So, any clues from here? I have all cloaking options enabled, and I have all of the options of DT for emulation (With or without them), and I get the error.

                  Well, I clicked "check for update" on C&C3, and it says no update available, so I assume so. And Yasu version 1.1.7033

                      It does not, if VSO-Software EZ-Play is enabled, which is being installed with BlindWrite 6. If you have BlindWrite installed on your system, run EZ-play manager and remove that driver.

                        That error means your image has bad DPM.
