DT and PlexTools Pro XL

I have two Plextor CD drives, one ATAPI (712A) and one SCSI (W1210TSi). I am using PlexTools Pro XL 3.12 in Windows Vista and when I have Daemon Tools installed (running or not), PlexTools cannot see the SCSI drive. All other programs (EAC etc.) see it just fine. When I uninstall Daemon Tools, PlexTools can see the drive. I tested the STPD 1.45 beta, but I found out that I can leave STPD installed and PlexTools works OK. It's only when I install Daemon Tools that the problem occurs.

I didn't have any problems with PlexTools Pro XL and Daemon Tools (older versions) under Windows XP, but I don't know if the new version of Daemon Tools or Vista is to blame. Reinstalling XP to check is rather difficult...

I'm afraid this is rather Plextor/Plextools problem, as they seem to have no idea how to detect drives in Windows. So if you want to get it fixed, contact Plextor/Plextools support.
