Hi, I decided to buy a serial and become a new customer. I heard that I can access a new forum and exclusive content. Iґm still waiting for the email with the serial, can u check that? Thanks. :)

Same here. According to this (http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/daemon-tools-registration-t6160.html) sticky we should send a pm to Netsoerfer but that's not allowed, I tried. Hope some admin will see this thread.
BTW, my registration might have been a little chaotic, considering that the first payment (Hungarian VISA) was first reported to have failed by share-it, then I used another card (Japanese VISA), this time it succeeded. After a week, however, I received a mail from share-it that my first payment too was successful. To avoid having paid for registration 2x, I cancelled the first (problematic) one. Hope DT team did receive my money.

DT team is too busy atm. Cant tell you why :) Hold your breath peeps, everything will be ok as soon as possible.

Nothing happens, no news and no changes. I think DT Team have the sufficient time to give me customer privileges...

Dude, same problem here.I purchased DT Pro 27.06.2007 and still got no customer tag.I PM-d admins-no luck, contacted after 10 days through disc-soft support ticket-still no answer.I would appreciate if someone answers our questions here.Anyone? :mad:

I am still waiting.Is there any particular reason why am i not granted customer status even after almost one month from purchase day?

I too haven't got access to the customer forum. Bought my license 26-06-2007.

The same thing comes to me, bought it at 30th june. Still waiting. They should optimize the communications between the reseller and the board.

Same problem here, although I already posted my case in a thread and wrote an e-mail to Locutus. But so far, I have not recieved an answer. Would be nice, if someone could clear things up for me.
My post had the title "Am I a Customer", if someone wants to look, at hat I wrote about my case.

After PM to admins and email through disc-soft support ticket i am giving up.It has past more than month since i purchased DT Pro, if i did not receive customer status by now it is not important to me anymore.I was waiting for some feedback from Locutus or someone close to him, but i see i am not the onlyone since the public release of DT Pro.I am officialy pissed off.Thank you.

So far most of you got lucky. I have registers in November 05. I had an e-mail, configming that I was a customer. All they need was my nick here in the forum. I have given it to them, but so far, I have not been granted customer status.
I hvae written two e-mail already.
My main problem is, that I don't even get an answer. It is, if nobody cares, except those people answering on my post suggesting to write to locutus about it.
So, if somebody could have a look into it, it would be great. At last tell me, if I misunderstood something wrong when I registered and I am not entitled to daemon tools pro, so that I can go ahead an buy it.

I just want to add something to make my message clear. It seems to me that I was a little to fast in writing it.
I have registered Deamon Tools with share-it in November 05. Not that anyone mistakes it for "I have registered in this forum in November 05".

I got the same problem, I purchased DT Pro on 12-07-2007 and havent got access to Customer Area. :confused:

Oh,man, tell me "who I have to kill to get access to customer area?"
I purchased DT Pro on 12-07-2007, my username was pnk78, I didn't post my email to avoid getting spammed.
It's almost 1Ѕ month and nothing about Customer Area's access, c'mon a paid for this program, it's a very good program, but a little support here would be nice too.

When I registered on disc-soft.com there was a limitation on the number of characters available in the field for username, so I had to use a short for my nick...

I don't have access either, I registered as SUPERN20 cause the username didn't allow any longer names.
