Knights of the Old Republic 2 Issues

I have the image for the Knights of the Old Republic II play disc mounted on the Virtual CD-ROM, but when I try to run the game, it says "Wrong Disc Inserted". Is this a problem with Daemon Tools? How can I fix this?

How did you create this image and does it work with original disc?
