  • Virtual SCSI driver not detected, Unable to add adapter. Device Problem 39

    Hello,

I've used an old version of Daemon Tools (3.44 then 3.47) years ago, i'm on WIN XP SP2.

Everything worked fine, today i need to update to the newest version to be able to run a file cause the older version i'm using is not working anymore.

Problem is, when i try to update to the latest version (4.09), installation worked fine, i reboot computer then the next start Daemon load and gives me this error.

I've tried several things i read on this board (delete old dtools entries D344/ D347 in the windows registry didn't work).

I checked SCSI controller and PNP Bios extension but i have nothing like this in my system, they only appear when i install version 3.44 and 3.47 (the only version that are working, since DT went to 4.XX i can't use it anymore ).

    Please help me !

PS : sorry for my english, i can't really explain better since my OS is in french and i don't know the english terms for windows xp.
