  • Big problem after installation of DT :(

    Operating System: Win2k Pro SP4
    Burning Software: Nero 6 Ultra edition
    Anti-virus Software: None
    DAEMON Tools Version: 3.41

    Hi! I have big problems when I have installed Daemon tools
    I install it, and after installation everything is just fine. It works great, I can mount an iso-file or whatever. But when I reboot my computer, I just can't start Windows again. It just goes to 75% of the splashscreen's blue list, and after that, nothin happens at all
    I even can't start the computer in failsafe mode
    I have to do like this to get into my Windows again:
    * Boot the computer with my Win2k CD.
    * Run the repair-console.
    * Write "CDROM DISABLE"
    and then reboot. Windows boots up but I have no CD:s then.

    What can I do to make my DT work? I really don't know what to do =(

    Here is my complete system:

    Motherborad: Gigabyte GA-8IDX
    CPU: Pentium 4 1,7GHZ
    MEMORY: 512 MB SDRAM @ 133MHZ
    Networkinterface: Realtek 8139
    Graphic: Nvidia Geforce 3 TI200
    Harddrive: Seagate 120 GB 7200 RPM 8 MB Cache + Seagate 60 GB 7200 RPM.
    CD/DVD: Sony DDU1621 16X DVD-Driver
    CD/DVD2: NEC ND-1300A Version 1.06
    OS: Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional with SP4 and the latest patches.

    So, my question is: How can I get Daemon tools to work, and what is wrong when it doesn't boot up?
