  • Boot Failure After Attempted demounting

Hey, i tried to demount an image and as soon as i clicked, it gave me a blue screen of death.....after that , my computer will NOT get past my ASUS Setup page (keyboard doesn't work , therefore i can't even get past/into bios)

Can anyone give me some help please? been on this error for ages....only things that MIGHT be causing this (to my basic knowledge) is:
    d347bus.sys
    or
    sptd.sys

please respond as quickly as possible, need my only comp for final exams :<

    Thanks

Do you have both d347bus.sys and sptd.sys on your system?
Remove obsolete drivers (d347bus.sys, d347prt.sys) then (see thread about error 25002 in common problems and solutions forum), reboot after the procedure.
If this doesn't help check Windows\Minidump folder for minidump related to that crash, send newest file to support@daemon-tools.cc with reference to this thread.

im not sure since i don't have another comp to check my HDD, tried this morning (booting) and got in, removed daemon tools so yea, won't have that d347bus.sys file...

but, roughly, do u know what fault it is?
