Copy unformated media.

I know that daemon tools is a cd back up system. I have a program that runs from a compact flash card that i would like to back up. the problem is the media is either unformated or uses a propriatary formating. i don't want to format the card to find out what is on it and risk damaging the program.

Is there an easy way (i know there is always some way) to make a blank copy of the compact flash card, bit for bit to another card? with out having to get a windows format into the mix?

raw copy might work, really depends on the unit
