  • first issue/bug i encounter

Been using your program for almost a year now, like to thank you for it. Till now I have had no problems, but today I had to d/l the newest version 4.10 to be able to mount a iso file I have. I downloaded the version, installed it on my computer, but for the first time it did not ask me to restart my pc. I checked "run daemon tools" after the install, and an error message appears. it reads:

unable to add adapter. unable to open file in kernal mode.

the daemon tool icon appears in my taskbar, i click on it and another error message appears. it reads:

    virtual SCSI driver not detected.

this is the first time I have seen this message. when i try to go to the directory its installed in and run the uninstaller, it says cannot run setup.

Now for the required information you need:

    Operating System:

Uninstall DTools, then download the standalone SPTD installer and remove SPTD, then reboot. After reboot, run the standalone SPTD installer again and reboot. After reboot, run DTools setup once more.
