  • Image convertor and IMAGE_NAME.999

Just used image convertor again and made a test with split size 1 MB and after IMAGE_NAME.999 you will get an error about "Changes can't be saved in image".

I would use a different error message like "Use bigger image split size" instead of the current one.

Why would anyone split an image in over 1000 parts? To put it on floppy disks?

Sure, the error message is just missing a part

It is not possibe to split MDS into more than 1001 parts:
possible extensions for split files are:.mdf, .md0, .md1 etc up to maximum of .999.
        It is by design.

          Thanks for your answer.

You could add a further string which tells the user how big the split size has to be at least for this disc.
