dt pro agent can't recover when explorer crashes

hi, the agent doesn't seem to recover from an explorer crash (ie: its icon isn't 'rebuilt' in the systray...

easiest way to reproduce : run agent, kill explorer.exe, run explorer.exe again, see if agent systray icon reappears (it doesnt), so you then have to kill the agent, and run it again...

easily fixed by handling one message from the system...
