Error mounting MDS images

Hello,

mounting a .mds / .mdf image-pair fails here (i hope i can attach screenshots). Other image types e.g. .iso do work.

Error is:

1. imports not resolved for DLL "cryptapi.dll"
2. DEMON Tools Lite "Unable to mount image. System error."


DT ver. is 4.11.1.0 x86 (worked with previous version)

OS is Windows Server 2008 build 6001 (RC1)

I have exactly the same problem. Mds/mdf files just wouldnt load after i updated to the newest version. Using Windows Vista Home 32bit.

Anyone can shed some light on this would be greatly appreciated.

Managed to reinstall 4.11.2 Lite, noticed that some dll files had been removed too not only the exe file, but at least it runs again, and mds/mdf images can be mounted. Im running Windows Vista Ultimate x86.

Please, uninstall DTLite completely and install the latest version 4.11.2, check the problem and inform us about the result.
