  • No drive letter for Virtual drive???

I've tried some stuff, but I haven't tried updating the driver yet, but that's because I can't find the driver... Where can I get it?

    Someone said:

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\cdrom.sys

But this doesn't work, it doesn't allow me to point to that.

There is a nice thread in our common problems and solutions forum about exactly this issue.

      Hey.

I've read that, but I'm trying to find the drivers for the virtual drive, and I can't point to anything.

Can you tell me where the driver is??

      Thanks!

Also, can I just go into Device Manage, and remove the drivers for the Virtual SCSI CD/ROM drive? Will I be able to re-install them?

        If so, how?

        Thanks!

          Yes, you can.
DT uses standard MS drivers for CDROM as most real drives.
