You just create an image with SafeDisc profile in Daemon Tools Pro, mount that image into virtual IDE drive of Daemon Tools Pro Advanced and start the program.
Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot

It doesn't matter if it's a cd or dvd. Update your Daemon Tools Pro to 4.12.0220.

Are you sure it's Safedisc? Try scanning the program's exe file with PID and copy/paste the result here.

Safedisc should be very easy to bypass using vIDE, even the latest version (4.85), which is much stronger than previous versions.

If you're not using DT Pro Advanced, you only have vSCSI (Virtual SCSI) and not vIDE (Virtual IDE). In that case you will need to use YASU to cloak your real drives. Safedisc scans your system for IDE drives and if they are present, it will not run off a SCSI drive.

Call of Duty v1.5 works perfectly for me in vIDE at DTProAdv v222.
