Conversion from MDS+MDF to Compressed MDS+MDF loss of Audio Stream

I've had a few conversions where converting over a standard MDS+MDF to the newer compressed MDS+MDF's has resulted in losing CDA tracks...this doesn't appear to happen every time...but its still fairly often.

This is going file to file...I have yet to try mount to file.

So far I have not noticed it happening with any other formats...only MDS+MDF.
