My cd burner doesn't work. So I'm am trying to install microsoft office from an ISO to my comp. Can this be done with daemon tools lite?

Of course you can - that's what DT is for..

As long as you are a legal owner of a valid license, there is
absolut no problem with it. Just mount the iso to the DT drive,
then install Office and then it should ask you for serial-code
which is printed on the cover of your original-cd; enter it and
all should work flawlessly.

Microsoft Office CDs and Microsoft Operating System CDs never contained copy protection (disc based NO but YES activation based sometimes)
