My Purchases page

Hi,

The "My Purchases" page only allows me to download DT Advanced Pro 4.30.0301. It does not show me the updated version at all, DT Advanced Pro 4.30.0302

I've revoked the license etc. to try to get the latest version, but the download only points to 4.30.0301

Any suggestions

Did your subscription expire, perchance? When did you purchase DT Pro?

By the way, you should get your Customer tag sorted so you can view/access the Customer section of the forum.

I bought it in May of this year.

How do I add myself to the "customer tag"?

I'd like to access those customer only forums.

As you can see, customer tag was added for your forum account
What about the initial problem?
In case you revoked your license, are you able to click Upgrade button to upgrade your license to the latest DTPro version 4.30.0302?
