Game Displays CD Not In Drive When Using Daemon Tools

I've been trying to play a copy of Age of Mythology (and the expansion, The Titans) from an iso. The game installs perfectly well from the image when it's loaded in Daemon Tools, but whenever I attempt to play the game, I get the standard, "Please insert the correct CD into the CD drive," error message (I am using SafeDisc emulation, however). I'm running Windows XP SP2. Unfortunately, I'm rather (read: almost completely) unfamiliar with the use of virtual drives, so I'm not sure what specs I need to post that would be useful. Don't use iso's, they do not contain copy protection data. Create a new image in mdf/mds format, using Safedisc settings.

You also don't need the Safedisc emulation with images, these emulations are only needed with burned copies.
