error installing daemon tools 3.44

after starting the setup of daemon tools 3.44 and doing the setup i get following error message:

windows - driver could not be loaded
\systemroot\system32\drivers\344prt.sys
error 0xc0000034

Did you rename it to 344prt? Is such file actually present there?
