Hi, in the past i have installed DT3.47 and uninstalled it, today
i have DT pro 4.10.0218.

Lately i had BSOD and the cause was d347bus.sys.

Is it safe to delete them both?

Ty in advance.

Remove them - also in registry.

Why are you installing 4.10.0218? There is already 4.30.0302 available.

How can i remove them in the registry?

I will upgrade my version later.

You search for them in registry.

Ok, few things:

1.I backed them up and then deleted them.

2.I searched for them in the registry the result was:
under d347ptr 74 values, under d347bus 76 values.
I haven't deleted them yet bc i wasn't sure how safe it's to delete
so many values.

3.In my pc event log i saw this error message:

"The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:
d347bus‏‏". ( this occurred after i deleted the files, but not the registry values ).

I have 2 questions:

1. Is this development of events ok and is it totally safe to delete
all the mentioned registry values?

2. Can i expect that the error message of the event log will disappear
after deleting the registry values?

Ty in advance and sorry for my english.

Windows tried to load them and as they weren't there, these errors.

Both yes.

Ok, all the registry values have been deleted and i have no error message, but there is a new problem with the "PnP BIOS extension" in the device manager, that is yellow.

How can i fix that?

Ty in advance.

Delete the following key in registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\R oot\SYSTEM\000x
000x is the Key, which belongs to PnP BIOS Extension (check DeviceDesc in the key) (don't delete another key!). It is possible you have to change registry permissions for this key (remove all Deny).

Ok, it has been deleted, but now instead of "pnp" ( in the device manager ) i have "unknown device" in yellow, should i remove
his installation?

Ty in advance.

I read the link, most of the mentioned steps already have been done by me, so the only step remained was to delete the
"unknown device", which i did and for now it seems the problem has been fixed.

Ty for tour help :).
