WinMe won't reboot

Operating System: Windows Me
Burning Software: nero5.5 (same problem also with nero6)
Anti-virus Software: Symantec AV corporate edition
DAEMON Tools Version: 3.41 and above

After installing daemon tools, system won't reboot, usualy blue screen.

I tried all the work-arounds like removing the nerocd95.vxd file, no success.

No problems with version 3.33

I have a scsi scanner genius color-page cs

pentium3 450MHz, Intel SeatleBX2, Nvidia FX5200

I don't have easy cd creator.
