I am a Pro Advanced owner. I used to have access to the "customer only" forum, now I don't. Does it still exist? My "free updates" expired sometime ago; am I still eligible to access the customer forum; and if so, what happened?

Thanks for the memory jog. Apparently, when the website address changed from www.daemon-tools.cc, my memorized login went with it. When I guessed at what my user and pwd was, I hit upon an old one, an old one unconnected to being a customer.

then check your emails and see if you saved the purchase information and work from that
