  • High DPC latency with Daemon Tools

When I'm accessing a mounted CD image, any audio playing cuts out. Using the DPC Latency Checker (from DPC Latency Checker), I've determined latency spikes associated with access.
The image itself is on a local SATA drive.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?

    Which DT version?
    Which OS?
    Where is your image located?

Apologies for the lack of information in my initial post.

        DT version: 4.30.2
        OS: Windows XP
        Image location: Local SATA drive

        All emulation options are disabled.

          Update to DT 4.30.3.
          XP Pro SP2 or SP3?

            It's XP Pro SP3. I'll give DT 4.30.3 a go

I've upgraded to 4.30.3, however, DPC latency is still high. Any further suggestions?
