Windows Installer gives error message while trying to install Daemon Tools

While trying to install Daemon Tools, an error message pops up, telling me that the "Windows Installer" isn't working properly. Weird, because I've been able to install alot of other programs, but not this one..Can someone help me please?

Ok, the error message is in swedish, so here comes a rough translation:

"Windows installer could not be used. This might happen if windows is run with the foolproof setting, or if Windows Installer is not installed properly. Please contact support-personel if you need more help"
