    Are you sure, you were connected to internet when you try to install DT ?
    Are you using a proxy to connect to internet ?

        Check hosts file (windows\system32\drivers\etc) for a disc-soft.com entry and if it is there, remove it.

        Also ensure you disabled your software firewall.
        Make something idiot proof, but then they just make a better idiot
