  • ROCKRIDGE images

    Hello,

I have several ISOs which are in ISO9660+RockRidge format, DT keep mounting those images in ISO9660 format always, making all filenames/dirs in UPPERCASE.

Can't really DT mount those images in RockRidge !?

it will be great to add such feature, or a switch to the user to decide which format by default should be used.

What you guys think about that?

Thanks, and keep up the great work!

Daemon Tools actually does not care about the format, it works on sector level only, thus it just supplies sectors from image to application that requests it. So you probably need some driver to access such images the way you want it.

first of all, thanks for reply.

hmm, Does DT really can work with a driver other than SPTD.sys?

ok, DT only reads sectors, but it's SPTD who translates those sectors to the OS, and SPTD is part of DT (?) please correct me if i'm wrong.

so... the million question is, which driver are you talking about?

I meant a file system driver, like e.g. UDF. SPTD is an access layer like e.g. ASPI, not a file system driver.
